What do you need at my address?
I need suitable parking for a long-wheelbase van and access to electricity.
Is my dog groomed with other dogs?
No. Appointments are carried out on a one-to-one basis.
How often should my dog be groomed?
This depends on breed, coat type, lifestyle and home maintenance. Many dogs benefit from a regular grooming schedule to keep the coat manageable and comfortable.
What if my dog is matted?
Matting can be uncomfortable and may limit what can be done safely and humanely. In some cases, a shorter clip may be necessary in the dog’s best interests.
Do you offer advice on coat care and maintenance?
Yes. Owner education is an important part of the service. I want clients to understand what their dog needs between appointments, what is realistic for their coat type, and how to maintain comfort and condition at home.
Do you offer teeth cleaning?
Yes, ultrasound teeth cleaning is available for suitable dogs following review and consent. This is a hygiene service and not a substitute for veterinary dental treatment.
